The Process
All professionals have a process or a order of operations of how they perform their profession and this is the 5 step process for a professional network marketer:
1. Pique Interest
2. Invite/Edify
3. Present
4. Follow-Up/Track
5. Launch (Teach how to "Pique & Invite")

Piquing Interest:
-The simple are of learning not to give too much information.
-Ladder of escalation keeps the prospect curious.
-Too much information too soon can ruin the "want".
-Everyone is interested in 5Linx until they talk to you.
-If someone tells you "NO" just regroup.
-Pique with a Tea Spoon not a Fire Hose.
Examples:
Hey Prospect's Name, this is Your Name, I'm in a bit of a hurry, do you have minute? WFA(Wait For Answer) If I could should you a way to match or surpass your current income and elimate some debt on a part time basis would that be something you would like some more information about?WFA
Hi Prospect's Name, if I could show you how you could make money every time someone makes a phone call, buys a cell phone, turns on their tv, or clicks on the internet would that be of interest to you?
-Ladder of escalation keeps the prospect curious.

Follow up (After a presentation)
Hey (Prospect),
It’s (Your Name) we meet yesterday at (Location) hope I didn’t catch you at a bad time I’ll just take 2 minutes for a follow up. Is that ok?
If Yes: Ok thanks! I mentioned yesterday that I’m assisting (New Rep) in building a marketing team in the area as we develop our company here in (County, City or State). After taking a look at the information yesterday I needed to know:
1. Are you looking at our business from a stand point of generating additional income for yourself?
· Or
2. Just supporting (New Rep) by saving money by trying one or more of the services?
If No: Ok no problem. What’s a better time to call you so I can do a follow up?
If the prospect says Yes to generating additional income use this:
Well (Prospect’s Name) the next step in the process would be for us to schedule a time to sit down for 30-45 minutes so I can show you how we do what we do for example.
1. Answer all your question
2. Show you the websites
3. Show you how we acquire customers
4. Show you how to build a team
5. Most important how you and I will work together and work this around your full time schedule so that it’s not taking away from what you do. I know that what you do on a full time basis puts food on your family’s table and I don’t want to create final pressure I want to bring financial relief.
Next step is to schedule the place and time for the appointment.
Note: Keep in mind that some people will give you the run around avoiding an appointment…. Always remember that YOU ARE THE IMPORTANT PERSON!!! You are doing them a favor by sitting with them. You are the Bill Gates/Oprah Winfrey of our business and you need to have the posture that reflects that mindset.
If they just want to support by saving money by trying one or more of the services?
